ABSA charges admin fee but does not inform customers

I left Nedbank because their bank fees were ridiculous, I opted to open a checque account with ABSA Bank and was informed that I would pay R98 account fee and transaction fees which was explained to me. I have been with ABSA for 3 months now and I am being charged R240 admin fee on a month I am paying over R400 in fees this is including the R98. I was never informed of admin fee and on paper work no where is the mention of admin fee. I want a refund of my money.
