Absa Charges

Can I please get feedback on my question.. Why am I paying R177.25 for internet fee?? I have never paid an internet fee and also want to know why my bank charges are almost R500 a month???? I want to know exactly what this is as that's not what I signed up for when I opened my Absa acc. My monthly fee is R107 a month then get charged an additional ""ADMIN CHARGE A D TRANSACTION CHARGE of almost R200 a shot and why am I paying internet fees? This is a ******* either refund me all these charges or I am changing banks. R500 -R600 a month just for fees???? Never!
