Absa changing policies without notification and not paying the correct interest

I took out an investment account with Absa. The interest was advertised as 7.25% I am only getting 7.15%. To give notice you only had to give notice only to get your money with in 24 hours. This has now changed as you have to go into the bank. This was not communicated before hand.
