Absa changed my surname without permission

I was married, WAS, got divorced almost two years ago. I never changed my surname at absa after I was married, and after filing for divorce, was so glad that I spared myself the hassle of changing my surname back.
I recently discovered that Absa changed my surname to my ex husband's without my authorisation, signature or permission. I didn't provide them with the documentation or the request to change my surname.
My cards- both of them, are expiring on the 28th of February 2015. The Cheque card expires annually. My cards are supposed to be delivered before it expires, the only problem is, I cannot accept the delivery as I do not have an ID for the surname they changed. I receive my salary on friday, my card is expiring on Saturday. I will not have a valid card by then. I am expected to go into the branch and correct the mistake. A mistake which Absa is responsible for. I need documantation, which I won't have by Friday. I need to go into the bank, a bank ehich closes at 15:00, but I can't afford to step out of the office to correct an unauthorised change made by Absa. This is causing so much problems and the repercussions hereof are grave. Someone needs to accept responsibility.
