Absa Changed my debit order to 30th and after multiple requests cannot change it to 25th.
Good day,
This has been such an inconvenience to me.
I have requested over and over again for this debit order to be changed to 25th of every month (4 emails and multiple calls). To date, I have not received a confirmation of this.
Right now, after my travels, I realize, that I have spent more money than budgeted and I don't have enough to pay for my debit order any more.
In more than 6 years of paying for my car finances, I have never failed to make a payment even once, but due to this, my debit order will fail.
Absa as my primary bank has failed me, by changing my debit order to the last day of the month and again to the 30th without my knowledge and permission. This is not acceptable, as such, I will be changing my bank after my research for a better bank.
Utterly disgusted and disappointed that I have to go through this for so long. Such a simple request that I was not supposed to even make from the start. I will be sending you my new banking details to debit from, or rather make a stop order since you guys are failing to just debit the money on time so I can budget with the remainder.
Fix this please.
