Absa Cellphone banking APP

I deleted the absa app on my phone and after reinstallation ,my password doesnt work anymore. Now i cant make payments from both phone or internet banking on the pc.

I now need to go to a branch to reset password as the app doesnt allow me to even select a 'forgot password' option.

I think it could be done better as going to a branch will force me to be away from my workplace which isnt quite an easy thing in the environment i work in.
