Absa Cathedral Mthatha - service is appalling

Absa - Cathedral Branch, Mthatha - the service is appalling - absolutely BAD. I opened a business account on the 22nd June 2024. I tried several times to deposit money but I was told the account is inactive. I would send WhatsApp messages and go to the bank myself to get assistance from the banker - she would make an undertaking to get it sorted; and nothing happened. I attempted to make a deposit today and I was told that the system closed the account on the 19th August.

The new banker I am assigned to is not picking up the phone since 08h45 this morning. I wanted to make an appointment to open a new account. The livelihood of 13 staff members depends on this account being operational.
