ABSA CashSend Unreliable!
ABSA cash send is not reliable. The sender should get a complete transaction status, amount, receiver and pin. I have sent people money and it never arrives - what now? ABSA just keeps the money. It should be returned to sender if not claimed within 7 days..

26 Nov 2024, 10:35Had a really good discussion with ABSA. Problem resolved. The sender is able to both cancel or change the pin. The app report also shows which cash has not yet been redeemed. Thank you ABSA for the clarification.
