Absa cashSend has failed me ðŸ˜ðŸ˜
Hello My cousin sent me R1500 on the 15th of April 2025, I received a WhatsApp message (Absa chatwallet), I then made a withdrawal on the App, then I was told to look out for the sms from Absa with details (10 digitz withdrawal number) but the sms never came through...I then asked my cousin to send a R50 to see If it'll do the same...I withdrew it and the withdrawal number was sent.
I called Absa to find out what happened, I was told they don't see anything from their side. The money was for my son who is at school to buy food, he's dying of hunger as I am sending thisðŸ˜ðŸ˜
