Absa CashSend ***** for Beauty Hanjana (63yrs old) ***
On Sunday 4 Feb 2024 at around 10.11am l got an sms on my fone for an Absa cashsend of R2.200.Then around 1pm l went to Newtown Mall to withdraw. my money couldn't out then a slip came out saying CashSend already redeemed please contact sender. On Sunday 5 Feb on a Monday l enquired with Absa bank they explained that the cash has been withdrawn coz l wanted a footage but was advised that the account holder should lodge a complaint to ***** dept for further investigations. So the account holder checked with ***** dept and they confirmed that the cash was withdrawn at Newtown mall. But l ddnt get any cash myself. Please may you advise. Thank you in advance. Needed that money for fees and transport for my grandsons

I asked the sender for his information but with no luck. Then asked if we can meet by Absa bank so that he can request for footage but with no luck. I wanted to have a closure for both of us and see what exactly took place.
