ABSA CashSend ChatWallet a step in the wrong direction

We have often sent money to our child via CashSend which worked perfectly. Now with this new Wallet/Whatsapp system she didn't get the sms until the next day, even though it said on our side that the money had been withdrawn. This was a big problem as she was ill and urgently needed the money for medication. Also what happens if the recipient doesn't have data to access Whatsapp? No ABSA, this change was not in your clients' best interests.
