Absa CashSend

A big bank like absa lacks human integrity. Cash send was designed around people who need emergency cash but have no bank account, now if your atm runs out of certain note a recipient is stuck with no other option but to run around south Africa trying to find one of your atms that has the note! When other banks give you an option to withdraw a lesser amount. Please fix this unnecessary stupid issue and please design **** that you actually use for you to be able to pick up these issues and better your system.
