Absa cashsend

I did a withdrawal on my Hollywood account using ABSA cashsend method, and when I tried to withdraw the money from the ATM is got reversed and when I tried another atm it printed out a slip saying voucher redeemed. I contacted Hollywood and they told me that they will send an email to ABSA for confirmation if the voucher was used and the was 4 days ago. I called Hollywood and they said they are waiting on ABSA to respond, I even tried going to the ABSA bank still no assistance. How does ABSA take to do confirmation?
