Absa cash sends cannot be withdrawn and self cancels.

My Absa cash send always cancel itself before the beneficiary withdraws it. I went to the branch to have it sorted once then I could send cashsends again. But the problem is back again. So much progress has been done with the banking industry so that we don't have to visit the branch, but Absa seem to miss the human interaction. When this started and I called the internet banking department I was told it is a general problem for all savings account holders, cheque account holders not affected. Like really now! Cash sends are for emergencies, how can such a service be not available especially on a weekend.
