Absa Cash Send ******

Hi I Am a Client of Absa for msny years but recentlyI I was so disipointed. I havr done a Cadh send (similar to e wallet of FNB). I sent it to.my Daughter in Benoni . But between the time shw wanted to withdraw and the time I sent it this money was drawn in Durban . Do went to my bank Absa but thr ***** department refuses to assist said just me and my daughter could have drawn it. I even opened ta case at the SAPS. Still Absa ***** sill refuses. What am I to do ??
