Absa Cash Send not paying out.

As a business I will no longer accept Absa cash sends as every time I go to an ATM fo withdraw money I get an error that the amount requested is not available. I go into a branch and they ask me to contact the client, who is long gone and ask them to break the cash send up. I have tried multiple ATMs with no success and you can't withdraw it in a branch. What a useless service.
