ABSA CASH SEND MONEY, DISSAPPEARING ON CHATWALLET

It shouldn't even get this one star, it deserves o star. Absa has introduced this app without notifying customers about it. Money disappear and you only receive a whatsapp message and not a normal sms with details of the money sent to you. I have reported the issue , made calls even went to the bank. None of the agents at the bank is able to help and they don't even know how this chatwallet works. If you send cash money , it dissappear without no trace and ABSA doesn't take accountability for inconveniencing their customers. Absa must explain where does the money dissappear too and must give us our money
