ABSA CASH-SEND FAULTY

More than a week has gone by in which time I have logged two complaints. On Saturday 30 March 2024 I sent R200 to my daughter using cash-send. The money was immediately deducted from my account...but she didin't receive the pin. On checking if I could resend the pin, the was no indication of that transaction being logged on the system. Usually unredeemed cash sends can be either reversed, or pin can be resent. So now she didn't receive the funds, I can't reverse it or resend the pin. Concerned, I though I'm not taking another chance with ABSA, so I used Capitec to send her another R200.

I'm really dissapointed with ABSA. All I want is my money back!!!~!!
