ABSA Cash Send Error Code 72
<p>I have had two ABSA Cash sends sent to me today. Always getting error code 72. The sender went back to the ATM to try and reverse the paymnent but could not. I have tried 3 different ATMS. I really need this money. Can someone please give me a solution or at least look into this for me. What is error code 72?</p>

The transaction is declined with error 72 when there is a timeout between Tandem and the host(product). We had lots of them yesterday due to network failures.
The client must try to redeem OR delete the transaction and if unsuccessful then the (sender) must log the query with the branch.
