ABSA Cash Send Error

Hello Peter i received money via ABSA cash send..and when i got to the ATM it says transaction cannot be processed 55..And when i phoned the people who send the money they told the 10digit has already been redeemed..but how can this be possible cause no one had access to my phone during the this..so please i need my money..please assist..the sms for the 10 digit i received at 6:30m on 02 September 2019 and when i called the person who send me money she said the pin was redeemed by 8:10 amm same day..this just doesnt make any sense..please can somebody help??
