Absa cash send

Good day On the 5th of February 2023, I made a withdrawal request from Hollywood bets using absa cash send. I did not receive the voucher sms. I called Hollywood bets numerous times and was advised that the delay was on absa's side. The "pending bank approval" has been there for 3 weeks. Please assist me if possible
