ABSA Cash Reward DIVISION PATHETIC !!!!!

<p>I cannot believe that ABSA cash rewards are so incredibly pathetic. I phoned cash rreward division on ********** 888 this morning and this afternoon. They have been off-line all day. When the voice says I must put my creditcard number in it says afterwards e-pin registration unsuccessful. Where the hell that comes from I have no idea. Then I try to redeem via *120*2272# which voice says I can do. I try to register and put my ID in as requested. Then message comes back that I cannot register without a creditcard which I don't understand as it never asks for creditcard number. ABSA you get an onion from me for this pathetic service</p>
