ABSA cash investment tracker does not pay out

I opened an ABSA investment tracker in December 2023 using my bond proceeds. I have been depositing a few thousand monthly to the account from my salary. On 16 April 2024 ,I tried to withdraw R20K but got an error. I called the number provided on the error and spoke to Sinesipho Qushu who kept me on the line for almost an hour saying she was busy resolving my problem. After holding she told me I should provide proof of the source of my funds and then suspended my account. I would not advise anyone to even think of ABSA investment tracker as they will take your funds with a smile and frown when you try to withdraw. I will be sleeping outside the bank tonight so i can get all my funds out in the morning and go to another bank. This was such a bad experience as I had to pay a supplier who already delivered on their end and now i look like a *****ster with empty promises.
