absa cash express ATM *****ing money

So on Saterday 19th of june i tried to withdraw cash from a absa cash express ATM at the engine garage in benoni. i did everything correct and when itwas time to dispense my money the machine went offline. so the money has left my account yet i have not recieved any of the cash.... now its not being resolved and the worste part is that is my grocerie money that i have now lost due to an absa machine... i dont have the facilities to just borrow or get more. i work for my little that i have and now, i cant even buy food.
