ABSA case number -C-***5
ABSA case number -C-***5 RE: UNCLEARED FUNDS. I have reported the matter to ABSA on Wednesday the 5th of February and 6 days later I have not received any feedback. I have sent a total of 7 follow up emails to *** and I have not received even one single response nor a phone call updating me on my query.
It makes no absolute sense why a query would take 6 days long without receiving any correspondence from ABSA.
