Absa ***** Case

Absa is absolutely careless about their clients. I reported a ***** case on the 25th of October where an amount of R1182.67 went off of my acount. The investigator completely bypassed me as rightful owner of the account and authorised the payment. I have been waiting for 4 weeks for the investigator to contact me, but in vail. I am an employed woman working for my salary and I want the money to be refunded to me as soon as possible. I will not recommend Absa AT ALL.
