ABSA Caring about customer service

<p>On Monday I wrote a critical review about customer service I had received at an ABSA branch. I would like to thank the customer service team from ABSA for attending to my problem and helping to resolve the situation so swiftly. While as a consumer we must highlight bad experiences but on the same token if people have made a concerted effort to resolve the the problem they must be congratulated.</p> <p>THANK YOU</p>
