ABSA Card to be closed - useless anyway

Credit card Division What bad service from an large institution. Emails are not responded to and "they don't have direct contact numbers" I required a paid-up letter from them so the judgment can be removed. A simple instruction in my opinion but they can't even respond to this. Pathetic to say the least.
