ABSA Card sent to closed Branch
Please advise how the bank can send my new Credit Card (BA card as replacement for Avios card) to a CLOSED Branch!
Was contacted to inform me that I must go fetch my card at the Randburg Branch, yet when I get there they are closed. I go to Cresta who informs me that 'Sorry, your card is at Randburg, but they are closed'
This was on Saturday...today its Wednesday...and NOT A WORD from the bank.
