Absa card rewards account

When I sign in with internet / cell phone banking, an Absa rewards account is showing, although I don't have a rewards account. I phoned Absa card twice, visited 3 Absa branches, sent several emails to no avail. I also reported to Absa hotline, to no avail. This is unacceptable but typical service that I get from Absa bank.
