Absa - card not working on Samsung pay and google pay

I recently opened a ABSA account. Activated it the branch and was good to go. Then I tried to add my bank card to my google pay and Samsung pay profiles. No luck whatsoever. Called absa call centre for assistance and was told ithe fault is on Samsung pays side. Called samsung pay and they assisted me and assured me the fault isn't with them as I deleted all my other bank cards and added them with ease but not my absa card. Called absa again and was sent from agent to agent and non of them knew what was wrong with my card. I was even told it was flagged at their ***** department and this is a card I never used before. Today I'm told this card was never enrolled with Samsung pay and google pay, funny enough my colleague got the same card and he could load his card on his apple pay profile. Absa you suck
