Absa Card internal recoveries horrible service

I have been waiting for almost 2 months for Absa internal recoveries to pay out funds from my credit card so that I can can get a paid up letter.

My debt has been paid off early this year and my debt review agency can't remove me from debt review or issue my clearance letter until this account is paid out and closed.

I have been emailing internal recoveries with no response and no feedback. I received a call from the initial email sent 3 November and was informed about the cash lump sum that must pay out to me.

Please can this be sorted out so that I can begin my life debt free as i have been waiting almost two months for this to be sorted out.
