I want to extend my gratitude to Lizemarie Lotriet who attended to my query within a few minutes of sending a question to their department. This division should be labeled Rapid Response. I had funds that were not reflecting on my Credit Card and I sent an email and received feedback within a few minutes. Excellent service, I would highly recommend this bank.
