Absa Card division pathetic service

Absa card division is the most *********** part of absa as they are unable to activate my replacement credit card. They are unable to do it via an e-mail, phone call or a visit to the branch. You are charge R160 for the service , but they themselves are unable to deliver. Phoning them they assure you that the card is ready and active. At two merchants the card were declined. Each time you contact them they are activating the card and then you have the same problems. I would advise any person to steer clear of this institustion.
