Absa Card Collections department

Good Day

I app**** for a payment arrangement on my two credit card accounts on the 27th of April 2021 and I emailed all the required documents. Today is the 27th of May 2021 and Im still waiting for feedback on one of the accounts. The other account I received a letter but what is happening with the other account?? Why is it taking so long???
