Absa Card Collection handed over without Section 129 Notice

I was paying my Barclay Card / now ABSA card diligently until I experienced financial difficulties. I never received a Section 129 Notice by email / post that ABSA Credit Card Division is handing the account over to LGR Attorneys. In Feb 2019 I was contacted by LGR Attorneys and I wrote them a motivation for the loss of income and made a payment arrangement. LGR simply keep on harassing me endlessly although I am adhering to the said payment arrangement. Threatening sms'e and emails causing me emotional distress. I consulted directly with my ABSA account manager and even she said she couldn't assist. Suggested I put my complaint forward to Absa's card attorneys which I did. I received a response stating that an ABSA consultant will revert back to me (Case is C- ********** 4) - No further attempt by ABSA Card to contact me. Meanwhile I am being bombarded with threats of further legal action (including summons) should I not pay the minimum payment required - simply ignoring my payment arrangement already in place. I refuse to deal with LGR Attorneys, since ABSA did not sent me a Section 129 Notice that legal action will be taken - if they had done so, I would have made a payment arrangement with ABSA. I was never given the opportunity to make a payment arrangement with ABSA Card Directly. If this continues I will be lodging a complaint with the Law Society and with the Ombudsman of Banks and the NCR, because ABSA CARD did not follow the correct procedure before handing my account over to LGR Attorneys.

Today the 20th of May, I once again received a threatening letter from LGR Attorneys, simply ignoring the fact that I have a payment arrangement in place.
