Absa car warranty innovation group

I am Philani Luwaca I have a car Warranty with Absa Innovation Group I have been paying my policy every month nicely now I have a problem and I am very angry with them, I took my Corsa to Opel because it starting raising temperature and they told me my car is starting to mix oil and water.

One of their consultant advice me that I must take it to Clive Lee Engineering since they will be cheaper and now the qoutation came to an amount of R20 100.00 because of the faulty Radiator and they have sent an assessor and their report is that my car had an accident of which that is not true and if so why am I experiencing this problem now.

Worse part I am the one who is always phoning them they don't care to let me know. Last week on Friday 01 November 2019 I spoke with Thandeka Ngcobo and she told me that they will pay I must wait,

Today the 04 November 2019 I phoned them and they told me that my claim no 412315 has been rejected
