ABSA car paper saga.

We have on numerous occasions being trying to get documents for a paid off car. We simply for weeks on end get sent from pillar to post with each and every person referring you to another person. Absolutely no one takes responsibility resulting in an unpleasant fruitless merry go round of frustration. ABSA simply does not care and hides behind a call centre. How does this get resolved in a less painless manner?
