ABSA car insurance is a **** to rip us off

After having provided Absa with proff of my car insurance I still have not received my money back worse they do not get back to me with any calls just silly emails from their incompitant aip team who just send you the same email requesting the same thing with out reading the attached documents ??? they still have not brought back my money
