Absa car finance

I have a car finance loan with absa. I have been under debt review since last year june and i have been paying my loan on time before i went for debt review and after.

On the 29th of october 2020 a guy named dion came to my work area and told me that he came to repossess my car as have 6months (R28 000+) areas on it. I told him tgat i am under debt review and that i have been paying well.

Hectgen said my debt counselor(msd finance) has not been making payments i should settle the areas or he will repossess tge car.

I then left work early i went to an absa branch i made a few calls and i was referred to the legal departmemt i was tgen told that there was nothing they can help me with i need to settle the areas or theycwill repossess the car. They also told me that the carchas been tsken off debt review.

Asci left the branch i called my debt counselor as i got to the car i found another person who was sent to repossess the car. He was very proffessional he asked my debt counselor to email him the statements so he can forward them to the relevent person.

What i would like to know is who is at fault and what should i do to sort this out.
