ABSA Cape Town...Bad Show

We have been trying to wind up our uncles estate without success due to the shoddy handling of the funds held by them.Our uncle,The Late Keith Simpson,ID No ***,who passed away 23/12/2022.Ref No C-***2.We have been trying to get the estate wound uo since 30/1/2023 without any form of explanation from them why it has taken so long.Further to the the above every time we phone we are told the manager has approved it,but we have still not received any funds.Best Regards...
