Absa can’t virtually close account
Good day I have been trying to close my account for months. And because you only do this at the branch it has been impossible seeing that the 4 branches I went to did not have this service available when I went. Now I am being charged again for an account I haven’t used in months. You need to allow clients to close accounts through the call center. Please Close my account and let me know what toy need to do it. And I’m not paying anymore charges. ???
