Absa cant stop Debit order
I have an itunes deduction on my Absa account of R59.00 x 2 that absa bank cannot reverse or stop. I fail to think that they cant. Absa has a bad attitude toward their clients.

The matter will be forwarded to Springs mall to action again, failing which it will have to be the customers responsibility to cancel. If a debit order was not initially loaded by the bank then it becomes a challenge for the bank to delete it completely from the system.
