Absa cant solve queries
Absa is NOT able to solve queries. I have 12 different ref nrs for one query already. They send feedback ehich foes not answer your question at all. Even when i inform them in writing of the ref nr they say they want the actual email. But from THEIR side they absolutely cannot prove where ive app**** for a policy which they just keep debiting my account for.
