ABSA cant look after existing clients

I am a current ABSA account holder , my cheque account , home loan and VAF all with ABSA . I have been trying to open a simple savings account linked to my cheque account all week. No one has bothered to call me , I just got a sms saying I must contact the agent Jenevieve Williams and when i called the call kept getting cut off. Disgusted with my bank .... considering moving everything over to anothe bank asap.
