Absa can't keep our money safe, and has the slowest service at Cresta branch.

Really disappointed with Absa, besides the fact that I'm here on average once a month, to reverse some ******* unauthorized debit order - because ABSA cannot keep my money safe, the service at Absa branch must be the slowest in the world. On average 30 min guaranteed wait, you come first thing in the morning or lunch time it's all the same. Absa if you can't keep our money safe, can you make it possible for us to reverse these debit orders without coming into the branch, or can you atleast speed up your service.
