ABSA can't get it right!

I called the Midrand branch... no answer. I called the Centurion Lifestyle branch, no answer. Pathetic service from Absa Their website numbers are wrong. 011 should be 012 for Centurion and the 086 number of the website does not exist. Can ABSA get anything right?
