absa cant even link accounts

went to absa about a week ago to put money into a fixed deposit when I got home I found its not linked to my internet banking went back yesterday and Mrs sb ameer said she had linked it when I got home still nothing I am not going back to the bank again please get mrs ameer to sort this out for me the branch is watercrest in kzn my details miss kr west, account ********** 2046
