ABSA cannot provide a simple request such as an email address

I just need an email address to send a form to! Firstly, I called the ABSA general enquiries helpline. I was then advised to call the ABSA Investment Centre. The existing client's function does not word, because it cannot proceed before a push notification is accepted. The push notification never reached me after 3 attempts. I was then forced to use the new clients option. The consultant here then told I must phone the branch. I attempted to phone the branch, but there is no answer. Thus, about 6 calls with very bad lines to various departments and not a single department could assist me with a simple request such as where to send a form.
