ABSA CANNOT FIX CUSTOMER PROBLEM

I still cannot fulfil an online transaction using my ABSA credit card. Someone higher up in the IT division called me and tried a transaction with my details and immediately received an OTP. BUT HE WAS USING THE ABSA SERVER INSIDE THE BANK, NO THIRD PARTY INVOLVED. i called in an expert and it has been discovered that the only factor that could be preventing me from completing my transactions is the ABSA server. I am now going to investigate changing banks.
